The Monte Aledo Resort is situated in the Natural Park of Sierra Espuña, Spain with its spectacular landscapes of Espuña Mountain, cultivated fields of pine groves and vineyards.

The region offers a wide range of recreation and leisure opportunities such as climbing, paragliding, shooting, and horse riding while The Dome experience offers acclimatised pools, artificial waves, aqualung diving and much more, whilst respecting the architectural and natural environment.

Monte Aledo Resort is spread almost 2,000.000 square metres of luscious land with a mixture of 4500 of one, two and three bedroom apartments and villas, all equipped with the most modern features to make your stay a unique experience. BUILDING SPECIFICATION

• FOUNDATIONS - Reinforced concrete slab or footings according to geotechnical survey.
• STRUCTURE - Perimeter walls of basements in reinforced concrete and structure of reinforced concrete with mesh frame, monitoring of execution of works by an approved technical control agency. Ten year stability guarantee policy according to the Building Regulations Law.
• FRONT - Double hollow brick wall with Tyrolean type exterior finish, air cavity with thermal insulation and single hollow brick interior partition walls.
• ROOF - Flat roof, suitable for walking on, finished with non-slip quarry tiles.
• FLOORING - Top quality textured quarry tiles in interior of dwellings. On balconies the flooring will be non-slip ceramic paving.
• TILED SURFACES - Top quality ceramic tiling in bathrooms and kitchens.

The first phase of the Resort will cover 282 apartment and villas, semi-detached houses and is due to be completed in two years time.

Prices start from 99,000 Euro for a one-bedroom apartment, 129,000 Euro for a 2-bedroom and 180,000 Euro for 3-bedroom apartments.
