This five-star property will be the only luxury hotel in Soho and Donald Trump's first foray into this fashionable downtown neighborhood.
Trump Soho will contain a total of 407 aparthotel units, primarily studio and one-bedroom units, ranging in size from 430 sq. ft. to 800 sq. ft. There will also be five penthouse units and one immense presidential suite, offering impressive 360-degree views of the city.

Groundbreaking on Trump Soho is expected to begin in mid 2007. At this time, the aparthotel units are not yet officially on the market.
