Trump International Hotel & Tower, Las Vegas
Aparthotel Shop is proud to present the prestigious Trump International Hotel & Tower, Las Vegas.
Nearly all of the Apart Hotel units in the first Trump International Hotel & Tower, Las Vegas have been reserved.
However, developer Donald Trump and New Frontier owner Phil Ruffin have now committed to build a second 64-story tower behind the Strip resort on the 41-acre Frontier site.
The units in the second tower were officially released on April 8th, 2007 when Trump announced them on his TV show, "The Apprentice."
The first Trump Tower Las Vegas, was also featured on The Apprentice, and it sold most of its units within days of that appearance.
It is more than likely that Tower 2 will also sell quickly, particularly the least expensive units so if you are serious about wanting a unit in this condo hotel, you will need to move fast.

The second tower will be identical to the first tower and will offer a total of 1,280 units, including studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and three-bedroom penthouse units. They'll range in size from 550 sq. ft. to 3,020 sq. ft. and will be comparable in configuration and décor to the units in the first tower.
Like all of Trump's condo hotels, Trump Las Vegas will be of five-star quality, featuring a wealth of luxury amenities.
Among them will be:
- Private spa
- Fitness center
- 24-hour concierge service
- Gourmet restaurant
- Outdoor heated pool
- Sundeck
- Business center
- Salon
- Valet parking
- White-gloved doormen
Construction on Tower 2 will begin in early 2008 and should be complete by 2010 or 2011. Prices for the condo hotel units will range from the mid $600,000's to $7 million for the large, three-bedroom penthouse.
